AROUNDTOWN
Caraleigh Mills (available now)
Raleigh
In 1999, the doors to Raleigh's last remaining textile mill were closed, bringing to an end a century-old chapter of local history. Those same doors have now been reopened and a new chapter in fine living is being written. Located in the historic 113 year-old Fred Whitaker Cotton Mill, Caraleigh Mills is one of Raleigh's most exclusive and enchanting gated communities.

Golden Belt Arts Campus (taking reservations)
Durham
A grand seven-acre urban campus listed on the National Register of Historic Places with six restored heritage buildings which will be repurposed to form a creative community with live/work lofts, working artist studios, office space, restaurants and performance space. Developed by Scientific Properties.
Greenbridge (85 units - planned)
Chapel Hill
This mixed-use residential and retail project provides physical and symbolic links between Chapel Hill’s Franklin Street and Main Street in Carrboro while aspiring to serve as a model of environmentally intelligent, carbon-conscious design. The design calls for numerous solar panels and green rooftops, which help distinguish the 85-unit development from other mixed-use complexes. The building will also feature several street-level storefronts catering to companies who practice sustainability.
Southern Village (available now)
Chapel Hill
Market Street in Southern Village has the look and feel of a classic main street. Each building has a distinctive architectural design. Attractive two-and three-story buildings house shops, offices and residences and surround a Village Green.
